Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Notice of Infringement – Claim

5. A statement affirming good faith belief of unauthorized use.

We may disclose the identity of the complaining party to the alleged infringer upon receiving a copyright infringement claim. By submitting a claim, you acknowledge the sharing of your identity with the alleged infringer.

Counter Notification – Restoration of Material

If you wish to restore removed material due to a copyright claim, you can provide a counter notification to our DMCA Agent. The notification should contain:

1. Your signature.
2. Description of the taken-down material and its original location.
3. A statement asserting material removal was a mistake.
4. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction for any legal matters.

Repeat Infringer Policy
